As
far as commercial policy and organization
are concerned, Interbank Burundi has built
its strategy around high quality norms.
Based
on a deep knowledge of the expectations
of its clients and a wide distribution network,
this strategy is centred on five main guidelines:
 |
to
seek the best level of client services; |
 |
bring
our services closer to all beneficiaries:
"proximity bank"; |
 |
to
reinforce our culture of enterprise
based on the promotion of competitiveness
and performance; |
 |
to
build the Bank capacity to adapt and
create new business; |
 |
to
constantly improve the organization
structure and operational procedures. |
